Stay and Swim Details

The holiday let is self contained with its own entrance backing onto the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with the sea at the end of the road. The owners are on site in the main house.

You step into the property via a small corridor which links the pool to the otherwise detached house.

The main living area is open plan with a kitchen in the upper area and a dining/living space in the lower area. The living area opens up to your own private garden, with hardwood decking and built in bench seating. There is an additional mezzanine area which is good as a children's play area due to the low ceiling.

Bedroom 1: Double bed. Bedside lamps have usb and wireless charging. Skylights with solar powered blackout blinds. A travelcot is available on request. There is a chest of drawers and hanging rail.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds, with table lamps. Vaulted ceilings with skylights, which also have solar powered blackout blinds. There is a chest of drawers and hanging rail.

Garden. The private outdoor area is approx 2.5m x 5m, with Red Balau hardwood decking and built in bench seating.

Accessibility: While the accommodation is largely on the ground floor, there are steps within the property. These are within the bathroom, from the kitchen to the lounge, and from the house to the pool, as well as up to the mezzanine area.

POOL: 

The indoor pool is 7ft x 18ft (2.13 x 5.5m) with a depth of 1.3m and is accessible via a small hallway. The water is heated to a lovely warm  temperature of 31-32 degrees. Children must be supervised at all times and the pool must remain locked when not in use. The pool also has an endless swim current if you want test your swimming skills.

The pool is available for your exclusive use throughout your stay between the hours of 9:30-5pm during the winter & 9-7 during the summer.
Guest access to the pool is 3 hours per day. Please let us know when you’d like use the pool so we can get it ready for you.
The pool is only available for guests staying with us.

Please note: the pool is not available during term time at the following times: Tuesdays 12.30-2.30, Wednesday before 10.30 AM, Friday 10-1. It is open at all other times
